Maximum Capacity for rooms #M-10 through #M-15: Four persons
Access: Each room has two doors: a rear door, accessed from a hillside parking lot, and a front door, accessed from a shared balcony. The rear door is on ground level. The shared balcony is elevated, reached by a stairway with three flights of 4-6 steps each, for a total of 15 steps. Or, simply step out the front door of your room, onto the shared balcony, for a beautiful view of the lake.

Parking: Parking is in the upper parking lot.

Area: 265 sq ft interior (225 sq ft living/bedroom, 40 sq ft bathroom)
60 sq ft optional full kitchen

2025 Rates:

Base rates starting at $134 during the off season and starting at $185 during the peak season. Actual rates will vary depending upon the day of the week and the calendar date. Please check our online booking engine for actual rates.

The OPTIONAL full kitchen of the Motel Upper Balcony. The kitchen is in-between and can connect two of the rooms. The kitchen can connect rooms #M-10 and #M-11; or rooms #M-12 and #M-13; or rooms #M-14 and #M-15.

Just ONE room can rent the kitchen. So, Kitchen “A” is available to either room #M-10 or room #M-11. And Kitchen “B” is available to either room #M-12 or room #M-13. Finally, Kitchen “C” is available to either room #M-14 or room #M-15.
