Parking: Parking is in the upper parking lot.

Area: 340 sq ft interior (215 sq ft living/bedroom, 90 sq ft bedroom, 35 sq ft bathroom)

Access: Shared balcony cottages are elevated. The stairway has four flights of four steps each, for a total of sixteen steps above ground level.
